Process, during which the woman undergoes a process of physical changes, so there is no need to worry about it. This includes the baby's extra weight, walking style, and hormonal changes.

Even though there is no cure for this pain, the pregnant woman cannot bear this pain for almost nine months in silence.
Here are some helpful tips and exercises you can do with your doctor's advice.

When choosing shoes for pregnant women, ensure they are not high heels. Lightweight and smooth so that there is minimal pressure on the spine.

Excess weight in the abdomen causes more tilting forward when walking, which puts pressure on the back and lumbar muscles, so pregnant women should try to keep their body straight and their hips inward while walking. And keep the shoulders back and down.

To avoid back pain, the sitting position of pregnant women should also be correct. Do not lean forward too much if you have to sit on the carpet. Similarly, you should also sit on the chair with your back supported.

Avoid lifting heavy objects and small children. If raising something is very important, make sure it is not severe. If the objecting is light, lift it by sitting on your heels instead of bending down; make sure the pressure is on the knees instead of the back when getting up.

In addition, do not pull anything towards you while sitting. Massage is essential for relieving back pain. Skiing with a warm cloth for ten to fifteen minutes reduces back pain.
