  1. Take an orange and after de skinning it the peels are dried in sunshine, when all the moisture has been dried and these turn to be crispy make their powder and add in this powder the raw milk and the paste is applied on face, after regular use the color must be turned to white.
  2. In oatmeal add yogurt and tomato juice and apply this on face.
  3. Mix one teaspoon of milk powder. One tea spoon of lemon juice, ½ tea spoon of honey and ½ tea spoon of almond oil and paste is applied on face for 10 to 15 minutes on skin, then rinsed with cold water.
  4. Soak some almonds in water for overnight and at morning after peeling and crush them add in to it some honey and rubbed on face for 20 minutes to get brighter and Skin Whitening surely.
  5. Slices of potatoes when rubbed on face they will remove the blemish ness of skin and any dark scars.
  6. In gram wheat powder add some raw milk and lime juice and wash your face with it, it will surely change you to brighter and whitening skin
  7. Apply 2-3 table spoons of grated tomatoes and add in to it 5-6 drops of lemon juice and the pulp remain on the Skin Whitening for 20 minutes and after that it is rinsed it will also give brighter look. With all this generous in take of fruits and raw vegetables, plenty of water and relaxed mind make your Skin Whitening brighter and radiant.

"Eating your entree on a salad or dessert plate and drinking from tall, thin glasses as opposed to short, stout ones can help you reduce portion size and drop pounds without feeling deprived."
3. Display the good stuff When you venture into the kitchen to get a snack, instead of having that box of cookies out on the counter staring you in the face, try an assortment of fruits instead. "You’re more likely to snack on what you can see," admits Wally. "Keep more indulgent foods in cupboards and you’ll be less likely to mindlessly munch on waistline busters."
4. Eat your breakfastDon't make the common mistake of running out the door in the morning without eating -- it will come back to haunt you. "Research shows that people who eat breakfast are more successful in maintaining weight loss over the long term," says Wally. "For a fast and filling breakfast, try oatmeal topped with chopped nuts. Save extra calories by choosing unsweetened oatmeal (flavored varieties can have more than 2 teaspoons of sugar per packet!) and sweeten to taste with a zero-calorie sweetener like Stevia."

This divine bowl of Penang Hokkien Mee (Prawn Noodle) took me months of hard work and patience. I mean months, not days, and certainly not hours.
To concoct a pot of pure shrimpy stock that is signature to this Penang hawker food dish, one has to have heaps of shrimp heads. Yes, I am talking about a ziploc bag (a BIG one!) full of shrimp heads. While I eat shrimp all the time, it’s a completely different matter when it comes to saving up their heads…

It’s impossible to get good Hokkien Mee here in the US, so for the past few months, I bought only head-on shrimps. Patiently and religiously I saved up their heads so I could make this at home…
This past weekend, the ziploc bag was finally so full that I could no longer zip it up. I quickly rushed out to the nearest Asian supermarket and got myself all the other ingredients–pork ribs, bean sprouts, noodles, etc.–and started cooking this famous hawker delicacy. The end result was a pot full of real prawny stock that was as close as what you get in Penang. It was really satisfying slurping up the soup and had unlimited topping of pork ribs that fell off the bones! Mmmm…

Prawn Sambal

If there is one dish that I can eat every day with just plain white rice, it’s probably sambal udang(prawn sambal)—a popular Malay or Nyonya prawn dish that is much-loved by many people. Made with a sambal paste and flavored with belacan (Malaysian shrimp paste), the gravy of sambal udang is best when drizzled on a serving of steaming hot rice…




There are many variations of sambal udang (prawn sambal), but the basic ingredients are more or less the same. This version is our family’s sambal udang recipe, passed down to us from my late mother. She would always add some thinly sliced kaffir lime leaves to perfume the dish with its aroma. Every bite is bursting with the briny flavor of the prawn, follows by the complex flavor of the fiery sambal, and ends with a citrusy note of the kaffir lime leaves.
Here is my sambal udang recipe, which I made when I was in Penang, Malaysia. Try it out and I am sure you will want it every day!
