While the Eurythmics and Depeche Mode were filling club dance floors in the 1980s, young designer Carola Eckrodt was experimenting with industrial components and turning production waste into jewellery. When a famous couturier saw the raw, unconventional creation, it was love at first sight. He bougth the entire first collection – the beginning of the COEUR DE LION success story.
